Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I purchased 3 Logitech bundled gifts from Best Buy in Pleasant Hill CA total price $401.00 for Xmas presents to my family It is too complicated for anyone to use. I returned the items with my receipt 4 days too late ending the Holiday extended 30 day policy. I asked for a store credit and was told the store no longer carries the items and would not allow me to return the items. The boxes have not been opened. My receipt does state the 30 day clause but is it legal in the state of CA.
Thank you.

It is completely legal. They don't have to accept returns at all unless the product is defective. The 30-days was a courtesy to you. They have no obligation to extend it.
