i purchased a sanyo 46 inch tv last jan i contacted sanyo in oct saying there is problem no response i contacted them again in nov they responded in jan saying to take the tv to a repair shop in san deigo sanyo said they would fax the authorization to the tv shop once there sanyo had not sent authorization i called them from the repair shop only to learn that they had changed their minds sanyo said they were going call me within 7 to 10 days with a # permitting me to take the tv back to the place of purchased and receive another i emailed sanyo informing them i wanted compensation for the inconvenience of having to wait 10 days and transportation cost they emailed me to say they would only replace the tv. it has been more than 15 days and sanyo has yet to contact me can i be compensated for this injustice?

Take all of your purchase documents, etc., to the small claims advisor for the small claims court in your area. A small claims advisor will help you draft a claim in the small claims court for free. Of course, you will have to pay the filing fee and to get the complaint served.
