Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I purchased 24 tons of arena sand to be delivered, paid in full, sample of sand at business. I came 2 tons short and 1,000 of drainage rock with it. Arena sand must be rockless. There is no way to get rock out without special equipment. What can I do?

Classic uniform commercial code question. We would have to discuss if and if not why not the material was not rejected on delivery. As long as it was rejected at the time or it was reasonably delayed you are entitled to obtain the material elsewhere and charge the difference to the original seller Along with getting your prepay back. Feel free to contact me for a more I depth assessment.
