Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I purchased a Toyhauler at Family RV, they gave me a different price than what they advertised is there anything I can do about that? I did sign a contract but have not given them the agreed down payment, what can I do

If you signed a contract with the knowledge of the price they were actually charging, you are bound by it. There is a long line of cases going back at least 100 years that say that advertised prices are not a contractually binding offer to sell at that price and as long as it is not an intentional bait and switch, there is nothing illegal about charging a different price than advertised.
