What recourse of action do I have?
1 Answer from Attorneys
The Carfax Report has nothing to do with the condition fo the vehicle. In fact most Carfax reports are not worth the paper they are printed on (If you read the limitations you will find that they are good for nothing).
You do have a breach of the Implied Wareranty as well as possible express warranty. What was the sale listed on th epurchase ocntract and the "BUYERS GUIDE"? This will help determien your rights.
With the sale documents in hand contact an atotnry who focuses on Auto Dealer Fraud and Lemon Law. While this i snot exactly a lemon law matter it comes close an dth eauto fraud is the key.
Good luck
