Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Purchasing an automobile on ''Credit Approval''
I signed a contract to purchase a car. It's been 10 days since the purchase. They still don't have a bank to finance me under the terms of the contract. How long do they have to find a lender before I can ask for my trade in and/or money?

Re: Purchasing an automobile on ''Credit Approval''
10 days. If you have recieved a credit rejection notice, the contract is void and you can get back your down and trade in.
