Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
when purchasing a product from a vendor on a net 30 payment schedule, is the date the payment is due 30days after the date of order or 30 days after the date of delivery, please keep in mind that when we place an order with this specific vendor we do not receive the actual product for upwards of 3 weeks.

You should clarify that issue with the vendor. Net 30 generally means within 30 days of the invoice. If you want something different, you should negotiate that issue with the vendor.
