Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
This question is about ebay my buyer account has been suspended for 90days for sellers never shipping my items I ordered nor contacting me so I am left with nothing to-do but file a buyer protection case in order to have my funds refunded they turn it around and put the fault on me because of negative sellers on there site Iam not to blame I only want my item I paid for or a refund if I never receive item am I right or worng? Also after 90 day suspend is over I will not able to use buyer protection anymore. Also I was suspended feb 10th before being suspended I had about 8 items I was waiting to receive I have received all but one and there claiming I am not covered even if purchase was made 6 days before email excluding m for program I have proof showing all my claims was a result of sellers not sending item or contacting me.

Sounds like they think you are abusing and in violation of their user agreements, your best bet is to take it up with them..make copes of proof and discuss with him
