Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
A question: legal or not to refuse serve a customer
Hi,
One day I towed my car to a private owed dealer because my car refused to start. Second day my car refused to start again after I got my car back. Five months later my car refused to start second time. For this reason we started arguing about the refund I paid to the dealer.
My car got new problem later when we are arguing. I towed my car to the dealer. But the manager told me that we have conflict so I needed to go to another store.
My question is that it is legal or not if the dealer refuse to serve me for any reason.
Regards,
BL
