rebate from banquette facility

Are we entitled to a rebate due to the fact that our banquette room did not have working air conditioning?

The Utility Comany had a problem, but there are some issues as to whether or not our restaurant responded properly.

Edison responded 3 hours after the initial call. The air conditioning began after another 3 hour delay. We want to ask for some money back, but don't know what is a reasonable amount.

It is hard to determine without knowing how much you paid, how many people etc. Talk to the manager and discuss this situation with him/her and if neceddary, sut in small claims court.
