not receiving goods paid for
hi,
what should i do if i paid a vendor over a month ago and still hasn't received part of the good that i ordered and he is unwilling to provide a date and has threaten me to not contact him again?

If the dollar amount is small you could sue in small claims, or hire an attorney to send a demand letter. If the amount is quite substantial, you might consider hiring an attorney to file a suit in Superior Court.
Either way, keep a log book of your contacts and attempts to complete the transaction, along with all written documentation you've sent or received. Just stick it in a folder or scan it to an electronic folder. If you need to hire a lawyer, you can then easily send all relevant info for analysis. Or, if you go to small claims, you'll have everything you need to present your case.
