Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I recently bought a car from a dealer and wanted to move from California to Indiana , I was getting a part repaired as per my agreement with the dealer, when I went to check if it was ready they told me they just dropped it off , I was upset ,because I stated before that I was moving to indiana and the car need to be done quickly , they told me I couldn't take the car . They. Had me call the financing company and talk to them , the said it violated the contract, but the contract states I can't move the car out of the USA or Canada , I explained that to the lady but she said it was against the policy. The stopped fonduing on the car , and gave me my tradin back which now has a late charge , the contract doesn't state that they have the right void it or back out of it. So my question is what happens when the loan compy break the contract? What do I need to do to get some justice?

You go to the local police station and file a theft report. You are the owner of the car. They cannot decide to take it without your consent. You can also sue them.
