Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I Recently I have purchased a used vehicle from a independand dealership (has a bad reputation). Its three months later and its now in the shop for a transmission repair. I purchased an aftermarket warranty with the vehicle. Note that the truck needed repair before I even bought it, but I wasn't aware of it. So long story short, I bought a truck that needs repair with a warranty that's declining to fix a covered powertrain part. What can I do?

Unless you want to hire an attorney, take the matter to small claims Court.
