Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I recently reviewed my Comcast bill and figured out that they have been overbilling me for the last 2 years for about $50 a month. When I called them they said they would only reimburse me for the last 90 days. They claim it says they are only responsbile for the last 90 days but I see nothing on the bill that states this.
I would like to know if I have a case against them for getting my money back for the last 2 years of overbilling. Is this a case I can bring against Comcst in a small claims court?

Forget about the smal claims court. You will be stuck with what some Commissioner may decide without any right of appeal or review. Call me and we might go after them for what they have done to you. 323-782-0099.
you can file a suit showing why there was an overbilling by comcast and how much you were overbilled. you may want to talk to a lawyer and see if they can send a demand letter for you.
