Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I recieved a bill from my old health insurance company for chemo treatment that happened june of 2006? I had 4 chemo treaments in 2006 and was never charged for any of them. Can I ignore this bill? I have excellent credit and do not want this to reflect on my credit.

Need more information. Were you insured at the time? If so, did insurer approve chemo before treatment administered. Did doctor seek and receive approval? Why a 6 year delay?
I suspect an error is being made and you have a right to receive a full and comprehensive explanation. If the "explanation" appears suspect to you, contact an attorney.
