Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Refund of Money for product purchased
I purchased a slab of granite from a stone store. Since the store did not have a piece big enough to suit the application I was using it for, I was forced to go to their warehouse supplier. The warehouse would only let you pick the top slab. We agreed to purchase the top slab. However, the establishment that was suppose to pick up the granite never went to pick it up. We were then notified that we would have to go and look at another slab. When we went back out to look at another slab, none were as pleasing as the first one. It was then that we were forced to pursue other slabs and was not able continue with the original choice. The store which we paid for the slab(the store which failed to pick up the slab) refuses to give our money back.

If you paid by credit card, call your cc company and demand they reverse the charges. If not, sue them in small claims court.
