refund
i prepaid for a tattoo removal service for 9 treatments. i only used one treatment and 6 months later, i am requesting a refund for the 8 treatments i did not use. the removal place is saying in the the contract, it says, no refunds for services rendered. i said, exactly, you only rendered one service, not 9. am i right. i calrified even further, i am not asking for a refund on a tangiblke good, this is an unused serivce.

The contract would govern whether you are entitled to a refund. What is the reason you do not want to continue? If it is because of bad service or other reason besides just wanting your money back you may have legal cause to cancel the contract and receive a refund.
