Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Is Refund Required
I am a auto broker and I have a client that purchased multiple vehicles from me. I charge a service fee for finding the vehichles and doing all the paperwork. He now demands a refund of this fee due to the fact the cars he ordered are taking longer then expected. Am I obligated to issue this refund?

Re: Is Refund Required
It depends on your contact with him. You should have a written contract with your clients. If you do not, you may want one drafted for you. Feel free to contact my office to discuss that, or to review any written agreements you already have in place.
