Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Refunding
I signed up for a rental listing service and they gave me wrong information, business address instead of house address, old listings, etc. When I asked for a refund was told I was approved and would have to wait till 90 day contract was up. I filled 3 times and last time was told I filed request past the 10 days on contract. However, when tried to tell them they broke the contract and to get this straighten out they were rude, unhelpful, gave managers name as Johnny Bravo, cartoon charticter, put on hold then hung up on, was told the person who signed and sent letter was a figure head and not a real person. And so on and so on.
What can I do to get restatution? Amt. $85.00

Your best bet is to sue all parties in small claims court.
