Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Refused to sell to consumer
Ordered a shovel on web site with cc. Rec'd confirmation and order number.
Company sent e-mail ''we do not market nor ship to the state of California''. This is not stated on site.
Is this legal?

If they didn't charge your credit card, get your shovel elsewhere. They should list those restrictions on their website.
