No registration from car dealer
Bought a motorcycle 7 months ago, dealer never sent paper work to dmv, so i have no plates or registration. Can i get him to take the m/c back and return my money?
Thanks

Go to the dealer, get the paperwork, and either do it yourself or go to the Auto Club to do it for you. If you paid an extra fee for the service, demand in writing a refund. If it's not forthcoming, decide whether it's worth it to go to small claims court.
