I had a contract with a business that helped you find an apartment or home to rent. we paid 160.00 dollars for their services. If we found a place to rent not from their lists we would be reimbursed. We were told to wait til the contract expired and it has and now they won't give us our money back.don't ansew phone calls manager is always to busy to meet or is never there when we arrive. Re: report a business
Since they are avoiding you, you don't have much choice other than to sue in small claims if it's worth your time and effort. Also, if the company is licensed by some agency, such as the Department of Real Estate, you may want to lodge a complaint with that agency.
