Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
returning merchandise-time limit
I purchased an item at a consignment store. The sales slip says all sales are final. Can I change my mind? I haven't picked up the item and the sale took place 2 days ago. Thank you for your assistance.

Re: returning merchandise-time limit
Probably not. A contract was formed when you accepted their offer of sale. I am assuming you already paid for the item.
