Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
are all sales final
I had left a deposit for a coffee table and a entertainment center at a local furniture store. I signed that i could not cancel special orders and all sales are final. however i changed my mind and fournd another entertainment center and left a deposit there also. When I went back the first stiore they fused to give me my money back and told me that had to purchase something there for the same amount. Is this considered a purchace if havent actually paid for the items.

Re: are all sales final
You signed a statement agreeing that all sales were final and you could not cancel your order. You agreed to the terms and you are now stuck with the terms. If you wanted to shop more, you should not have given them a down payment. Sorry.
