Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

Being scamed by auto shop

I went to have my oil and radiator checked at a gas station and was told and shown that the radiator was fine but that I needed an oil change.Took my car to a shop the next morning and after 10 min. the tech told me that I had oil in radiator and a blown gasket, and that he needed $500.00 to be sure. Took car to my mechanic and was told that the ONLY way oil can get in radiator is to bloww a gasket, and I DID NOT. Was told that someone HAD to have put oil in there on purpose. I got statements from the tech who checked radiator day before I took it to this shop and my mechanic, and have also talked to many other mechanics and told the same thing. I have a bill now from my ,mechanic. Can I WIN in court for the amount it cost to get the oil out of my radiator?
