scamed out of money

I am a singel mother with adhd, i was scamed out of $3620. on feb 7th 2007. I live in california, the scamer lives in mo. Can you help

I live on social securiaty.

this man called me many times on the phone.I had been in the hospital 9 times in 40 days during his solicitations. Was not thinking clearly, very vonerable. alone and had no advice, felt pressured.
