Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Can I seek legal action on a Merchant that is refusing to refund me the sales tax I paid for an order I placed online? I've tried so many times to get my entire refund, I had gone 5 times to the store to make the return but they are refusing to refund me the sales tax. Is this legal? please help me.
