Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Seller never delivered product
I bought a computer at a online auction site. It's been about 6 weeks since they cashed check, and have only heard from twice since. Have tried to contact them many ways with no reply. They are no longer members of auction site. So I filed a fraud claim at the site, but was wondering if there is anyway to get my money back? Only have thier address and phone number and name.

take them to small claims court
