Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

''Seller obligations''

I placed an order for a home theatre system from a website. The product was priced at $44.00 (due to a typing mistake instead of $444.0). I received an order confirmation with the following clause

''This Order Confirmation Does Not Constitute a final Offer or Contract. All Orders Are Subject To Management Review and Approval and If Found To Be Invalid Due To Any Reason, Are Subject To Cancellation By Management''

The company now refuses to honor the order because the management has decided that the price was erroneosly entered.

Can I take the company to court for reneging on their order
