Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Sending a copied License to abc news? Illegal?
Hello, I was wondering, if you expect someone to be involved in a major scam, and you were to have a copy of their license available, and were asked by a news agency to send that infomation over to them. They then air the license photo on their program talking about this alleged scam, would I be doing anything illegal, breaking any laws? If so what could happen?

If your info relates to a scam involving ripping off the state or federal government, consult an attorney experienced in "qui tam" law before going to the media. You might be costing yourself a big cash reward. If this is the case, please conract me.
