Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
If I signed up for a LA Fitness Personal Training Contract, can I still cancel it with the "10-Day Right To Cancel (Sessions Only)" without having to pay the 50% fee of the remaining balance as it has not passed 10 days since I've signed the contract?
