Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
We signed up for a tutoring session at a tutoring fair where you have many companies trying to get your business. Some offered tablets for each student as incentive. The students were supposed to have access to a tablet as part of their curriculum. We completed the session the last week of February and still no tablets. Do I have breach of contract?

You haven't really posted enough information to get a proper answer. I'm not clear as to whether they promised that the student would have access to a tablet for if they would receive one to keep. Did you pay tuition for this session? Was there a written contract for them to give the students a tablet? Are there more sessions of the class to take?
