Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
We signed a 3 year contract with a Tae Kwon Do studio. However, we are no longer able to pay due to job lose. But they continue advise us that there is no cancellation clause due to financial hardship. Can they still collect for services no longer rendered?

You will have to read the agreement and see what it says about cancellation. If it is silent, you might be stuck with a three-year agreement, unless you are permitted to transfer it to someone else.
