small claims against a business
I am suing a business for charging a restocking fee after a refund was promised. Do I sue the salesman who was deceptive or just the name of the business? I believe that the salesman is one of the 5 owners although his name is not listed on the business license.

The business is responsible for the misrepresentations of its employee.
