Small claims court jurisdiction
We are a mexican corporation, duly registered and based in Rosarito Beach, Mexico. We received a summons in our mailing address (PO Box) in the US that we where being sued by a customer for an alledged car damage.
Does a small claims court in California have jurisdiction in this case ??

Depends on a few things... where did the alleged damage occur (CA or MX)? Do you conduct business in CA? Do you have any type of contract or other contact with the person who is suing you? Depending on the answers to these questions, a CA court MAY have jurisdiction.
