small claims court
i paid $150.00 to get my car painted
and the next week it started to peel.
the company said '' tough luck, but
the moon was in the wrong phase.'' a
friend mentioned small claims court.
what does it involve? can i take part?
what does it cost?

Your local court probably has a free small claims clinic once a week. You might want to check it out. Depending on how much you ask for, the fees vary. If you win, the court will award to you the filing fee and the cost of serving the complaint on the paint shop owner.
