Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I sold a vehicle as in on Craigslist in Oct 2010. I just recieved a letter in early March form the purchasing party accusing me of selling her a vehicle with a major defect and deliberately overpricing the vehicle. She is demanding that I refund her the the difference between what she paid for the vehicle and she deems the fair value. If I do not do this she is threatening legal action. I don't feel like she has not right to do this, does she? Should I be worried? What should I do?

If you sold a vehicle with known defects that you did not disclose, she is right.
