You have three possible avenues for relief, legally speaking. First, the Lemon Law. This will depend on your warranty coverage. Second, fraud or misrepresentations made about the vehicle that the dealership knew or should have known were wrong. Third, hidden legal violations in your paperwork. This will require a consumer lawyer fo review your contract. Any of the three may result in the right to return the vehicle and get some or all of your money back.
