Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Can someone from another state (NJ)sue me im in CA? This is over a paypal transaction claim that was won in my favor they didnt like the decision. And are threatening to sue.

Of course they can sue you. Living in a different state doesn't deny you the right to sue someone who you have a dispute with. Whether they can sue you in NJ or if they would have to sue in CA is a whole other question and one that involves too many complexities to evaluate over the internet.
