staues limitation loans
purchase a truck in 1993, and was repoed. A year ago I started getting letters from a collection company. What is statue limatation for loans on trucks in california

Re: staues limitation loans
Four years on a written agreement, two years on an oral agreement. However, statute might be delayed to begin running from date of last payment.
