Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Hi. I have been staying in a motel room in LA, along with three other persons, for over 4 years uninterruptedly. We pay full price -it's always the same rate whether it's low or high season. The owner changes the name of the guest on the bill just before the 30 day mark but it's always the same persons who actually live in the room. Is it legal? Thank you for your answer.

I am not clear on what you are asking. It is legal for you to stay in a motel room with three other persons and for four years if that is your choice.
It is also probably legal to change the name of the guest - as long as it is the name of one of the guests in the room.
