Subliminal messages in found in prominant childrans film

If i found an unapropriate subliminal message in a famouse childrans vhs movie i purchased and filmed by a prominant film co. Can they be sued.

What type of subliminal message was found? Can a person suffer damages by it? I would guess that you are talking about Disney and the sexual images found in films such as the Little Mermaid and Aladin? Is it in fact subliminal or artistic expression?
