Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Can I sue an ebay seller from China? The item was not as described (a wedding dress). The seller strung me along until I didn't realize it was too late to report them and leave negative feedback.

Sure you can, unfortunately it would cost you several times the cost of the dress just to get the case started.
