Who should I sue first?

About 15 months ago I inquired about having ''Lambo'' doors put on my 88' camaro, I was quoted a price and offered 1yr 0% interest APRs financing, a couple days later the store contacted me to inform me that they would not be able to install the doors on my car because they did not make a kit for my yr/make car I said fine then couple of months later I was contacted by the credit card company that I was 2 months late for payment. I told them the situation and they told me to talk to the merchant and the merchant said the credit card company would not take the money back we went back and forth for approx. 6 months and the credit card company wouldn't give me my money back so the store contacted me and told me that now they did make a kit for my yr/make and I agreed to have them install the doors since I couldn't get my $ back they took 5 weeks longer than promised and not only did a horrible job they also did extra damage to the electrical wiring and other necessary functions of the car the car is unsafe due to the doors being welded on so poorly the manufacturer of the hinge will not sell to that store anymore and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost just to repair the doors w/ a note saying the job was done very poorly.

You would need to sue the store that did the installation. You should get an estimate to repair the work or put the car back into its pre-modification state. This may be a small claims court matter (under $7,500). If it is, email me at [email protected] for my free ebook on small claims court.
