being sued

I have been served summons and sued by several creditors (credit cards debts) and one has already garnished my wage. Is it too late to file for bankruptcy ?

No. Assuming you qualify, you may be able to discharge all of your unsecured debt. Talk to a bankruptcy attorney in your area.
