Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Training refund dispute
I had enrolled into a remote training program during oct 2006. After attending two sessions I decided to withdraw my enrollment and approached the company. They said they will look into refunding a portion of the total training amount.
But they have not refunded so far. Repeated phone calls and email didn't help? They are not responding to my calls.
Please advise , is there a way to get back my fee I paid for the training?

Re: Training refund dispute
The terms of the enrollment agreement would be controlling regarding any possible full or partial refunds. If you feel you are contractually entitled to a refund, you should have an attorney draft and send them a 10 day notice of suit demand letter.
