Transporting and treating a minor without concent
should I, the parent, be held responseable for medical testing done on my minor without my concent or knowledge of. I couldnt afford Attorney and the only way to pay for this was help from Medci-cal,that didnt cover all costs, and now being sued for the rest.

It depends on what the treatment was for. if it was medically necessary then you are responsible.
