tv sold in working condition
I sold a tv on craigslist on sunday for $150 cash, by tuesday the lady called to say its not working .when she picked up the tv i hooked it up to show that it works , am i responsible after she took it home? she saw that it worked .

If you had no knowledge there was a problem, then she's responsible. Casual sales are on an "as is" basis. Did she remember to plug it in? What about it doesn't work? Does she have an antenna or cable? Nevertheless, I wouldn't be surprised if either it's a scam or she tries to get her money back in some other way.
