Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Uncle Bob aged 75 live alone in his banglow at Subang Jaya(Malaysia).He invited his brother(Zac) to shift fom Sepang(Malaysia) to come to Subang Jaya and stay with him since Zac is unemployed for quiet sometimes.The plan was for Zac and his wife to move into the Uncle Bob's banglow to keep him company and do a few chores,The couple was promised that all Uncle Bob's property would be transfered to them.After a year of sharing the house,Uncle Bob passed away and has yet to transfer all his propety to Zac.Can the couple take court action to enforce the agreement with Uncle Bob so that they have all Uncle Bob's property?

Better check with a Malaysian attorney.
That Marman guy will do anything to avoid rejecting a question, so he gets credit for answering it. He is right, however, that this question cannot be answered under U.S. law by a U.S. attorney. Only a lawyer in Malaysia can answer this.
