Undisclosed issue on a used car

Recently bought a used 04 which looked in great shape. After we brought it home, we notice there was a crack on the windshield.

What are, if any, legal course of action do I have against the dealer?

How was it undisclosed? Did you see the car before you bought it? Who did you buy it from? Was it a private party or a dealer? And what state are you in and what state did you buy it in? All of these questions need to be answered first.
